M2M is a master-planned community that's currently in the pre-construction development phase and is proposed by Aoyuan International for Redevelopment of 8.6 acre Newtonbrook Plaza in North York (Yonge street & Cummer Avenue). 5 towers will be situated on the land, featuring condominiums, townhomes and retail space.
